Another thing on the ethanol thing--unless things change dramatically and overnight in the farming industry, increasing the production of corn in the world will increase carbon emissions. There goes the whole purpose.

not a big fan about a lot of things. Still trying to be optimistic. If all doesn't work out-it only means the second comings is closer than we think.

I'm voting in Colorado this year, and I registered to be a permanent absentee voter because I really liked the way Oregon does it.

I haven't voted yet, (but I will soon), but I have my ballot in hand already, so I don't need to wait in lines to stand in a booth, just drop it off at one 6 nearby locations.

It is interesting to see the news reports of electronic voting, and voting machines that are broken, and this and that. All the complexities of other state's complicated voting systems are reduced by an all mail-in-voting system that Oregon has.
